amidst a luxuriant 44 hectare/ 109 acre beautifully
landscaped garden. Each is a superb retreat and private
gateway to luxury living in the tropics. The look and feel
of the villas is Asian with an elegant tropical touch,
combining clean lines with stylish use of coconut shell, sea
grass, silk, rattan, teak, mahogany, terrazzo and thatch.

79m2 interiors include views directly from the double bed
onto the private stretch of beach. Decor is sleek with clean
lines, a perfect foil for the tropical wood and thatched
exteriors. A two-sided shaded terrace (26m2) overlooks the
beach, with outside table, seating area and sun bed. All
Beach Villas offer outdoor tropical showers.
Chic decking edges the villa and there is an outdoor pool,
shower and day bed. These beach villas have an outdoor
covered area of 26m2, plus 60 m2 uncovered, with a
rectangular private pool measuring 23 m2, shaded by tropical
trees and stretching towards the ocean.
Comprising 2 individual Beach Villas standing 5 meters apart
and joined by an external walkway, these are the ideal
family options. Occupying their own secluded sandy shore
they offer direct access to the beach. Screens of lush
vegetation between the 2 villas allow for maximum privacy. 3
of the Duplex Beach Villas offer a 23 m2 pool option.

Sitting over the pale blue waters of the lagoon, Water
Villas are connected to the island by walkways. These villas
are the same size as the Beach Villas, but with outdoor
covered terraces on stilts (39m2) and split level decks of
31 m2. Netting suspended from the sides makes perfect breezy
sunbathing over water.
Occupying their own sections of coast, Grand Beach Villas
are hidden in tropical foliage with private access to the
ocean. Interiors include one or two large bedrooms and a
sitting area, looking directly over the water, and a
bathroom with a large tub for two. Shady terraces provide a
generous seating and dining area, beyond which is a private
beach, 50 m2 pool and canopied day bed.
Set on stilts above the lagoon, the Grand Water Villas are
surrounded by 33 m2 of decking for covered outdoor dining
and seating, with another 51 m2 uncovered, including
suspended sunbathing nets over water, platforms for sun beds
and 20 m2 private pool.
All villas feature large terraces and sundecks, stunning
bathrooms, oversized bathtubs for the ultimate bathing

sheltered eastern side of the island. Three dining areas
grouped around a glass show kitchen serve contemporary
cuisine from the Far East & Mediterranean. A Wine Cellar
with 450 premium labels from around the world offers guests
an extensive selection to choose from. The Wine Cellar
doubles as a Private Dining Room and is ideal for special
events and private get-togethers. An extensive Coffee Bar
offers a comprehensive choice of specialty brews. The whole
complex is strategically located to give guests amazing

Fanditha is a casual restaurant and bar with a unique
Arabian beach concept, chill-out ambience and open views of
the Indian Ocean. Guests can laze on divan-style bolsters

enjoying live DJ entertainment.

Fountains. A luxurious collection of advanced therapies from
around the globe is available in 8 private stand alone

Reethi Rah. Alterations and personal shopper services are
available either in the Boutique or in your villa. The
Boutique’s collection changes regularly, so there is always

Kids Only has its own clubhouse with pool, indoor
entertainment facilities and dining area. Kids aged two to
eleven can enjoy a variety of fun activities including

With the assistance of designated staff, twelve to
seventeen-year-olds can enjoy a variety of activities whilst

At the Dive Centre, a team of experts offers a wide range of
PADI diving programmers for adults and children from as young
as eight years old, including a complimentary daily
orientation dive. Certified divers can choose an early
morning or thrilling night dive or alternatively nitro and
re-breather dives. Underwater scooters, digital cameras and
camcorders are available for personal enjoyment. The Dive
Centre operates a traditional Maldivian dive dhoni.
